Automatic fluxing
Combine a very accurate feed flux injector with a metal pump having the proper foot attachment and the results are impressive.

Accurate flow of a low smoke flux inserted into the rapid metal movement produced by a correctly designed pump has the effect of eliminating almost all of the bubbles at the surface.

Automatic fluxing reduces the flux rate per minute and lengthens the time of fluxing.  Spreading out the flux cycle over a longer perod helps prevent excess flux from being used.

Utilizing 100% of the flux keeps excess unused flux from floating to the surface thus reducing smoke and emission problems.

Flux is distributed throughout the furnace resulting in cleaner metal and a much cleaner furnace.

Automatic fluxing allows 100% of the flux to be utilized for the job it was designed to do -- clean your metal.

Emission problems are greatly reduced.
